In this lab you will install Apache on an Ubuntu VM running in Azure. You will ssh into to an VM created with the lab using an SSH key that you will download from Github, and then update the packages on the VM and then install Apache. When that is complete, you will modify the security group applied to the VM to allow access to the VM on port 80 from the Internet. Upon completion of the lab you will have gained the experience required to deploy an IaaS / Linux web server in Azure.

What are Hands-On Labs?

Hands-On Labs are scenario-based learning environments where learners can practice without consequences. Don't compromise a system or waste money on expensive downloads. Practice real-world skills without the real-world risk, no assembly required.
