LPI Linux Essentials

Hi,,, I have completed my study for the subject Course "LPI Linux Essentials" but one of the Lab titled as "

Creating and Managing Linux Accounts and Groups " not being started even... Page link is as :"

Kindly guide, how can I complete this Lab (Online) to complete and have a certificate from LInux Academy against mentioned Course....

Did you encounter any network issues when you attempted the lab?

I was able to successfully launch and complete the lab this morning without any issues or errors. It took a little longer than normal for the VM to boot up, but once it did, everything was fine.

Please attempt the lab again and see if you continue to have issues. If you do, please log a support ticket and someone will be glad to help you out!

Actualy as I click the link to  start taht Lab, it shows me this page : https://app.linuxacademy.com/hands-on-labs/8778d7bb-e1a3-4228-80f7-29ffaaf8d5d0?redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Flinuxacademy.com%2Fcp%2Fmodules%2Fview%2Fid%2F0


which absolutesly shows thte button with title "Unlock Lab " and that button is also dimm... however, GEM points being shown is 50, whereas in my profile , these are 35 ,, now 40 .. is it any issue to start the lab.... ???

I did not realize you were using the Community Edition and were trying to use gems for the lab portion.

If you are seeing a discrepancy between your available gems and what you need for the lab, I would recommend you open a support ticket by contacting support@linuxacademy.com. Someone on the support team should be able to assist you with this.

I have verified again,, its "Community Edition" ,,, but the problem remains,, as "Unblock Lab" button is dimmed............ anyhow,, I try to contact Support ...................... Thanks please
