Fault Tolerance implies High Availability?

I understand High Availability does not mean Fault Tolerance.

However, I understand that Fault Tolerance implies High Availability.

Is my reasoning correct?

Thanks

I got the answer thanks to @yuriisafris , here it is:

Fault Tolerance >> High Availability, i.e.

Fault Tolerant system MUST be a Highly Available

but:

Highly Available system MAY or MAY NOT be a Fault Tolerant

The base difference between them:

Fault Tolerant system should survive the failure of any component WITHOUT a break in work.

Highly Available system should survive the failure of any component with a MINIMUM (OR WITHOUT) interruption in work
